We would like to welcome one and all to the Knoxville Elementary PTO blog!
The purpose of having our blog is to keep parents and teachers up to date on all current events. Missed the last meeting? We also have links to the meeting notes so you don't miss a thing. We also have links to programs like Box Tops for Education, Campbell's Soup labels - even our current 2010 Fall Fundraiser!
Volunteering for the PTO is easier than ever. Check out the Committees tab and if there is something you want to help out with - let us know! We will also have a list of current volunteer needs when opportunities come up. We are always looking for extra hands - we will put you to work!
Coming soon we will have a "wish list" for the teachers. Many times there are things that teachers can use to help further our children's education - unfortunately, funding isn't always available. By showing a wish list, parents may help donate supplies based on what the teachers need.
Don't forget to subscribe for email updates. If the blog is updated, you will receive an email with the latest information.
We will be adding features all the time to help keep everyone up to date and informed! Check back often!
