Parents - Please be advised of the following new policy. You should have received this in your email.
The new seating at Ken Locke Stadium is completed. With seating options now available for elementary students, new guidelines will be implemented starting with the Homecoming game on September 17. At the beginning of the varsity game, all elementary students that are not sitting with their parents will be required to sit in the new section that replaces “The Hill.” Students will not be allowed to leave that section until the last two minutes of the first half unless accompanied by a parent
Historic Ken Locke Stadium is one of the gems in the state of Iowa. Panther fans do a great job supporting their football team. Students not sitting in the stands can cause danger by congregating and running in the walk ways when there are large crowds. The expectation is that elementary students that attend are there to watch the game and support the Panthers, not interfere with the safety of others.
Students not sitting with their parents and not in the reserved seating area will be asked to leave if they do not comply with the above guidelines. Students asked to leave will have their status reviewed to see if they can return to future games.
These guidelines are put in place to help increase the enjoyment for all fans that attend Panther football games. We thank you in advance for your help and support of the new guidelines.
